Our Vision and MissionAt Practice Leadership, we recognize a number of important trends as they relate to the future of dentistry. Most importantly, we see profitability seriously impacted by short-term, "quick-fix" HMO approaches to improving gross production. We believe and are committed to a better solution; enabling colleagues to thrive in a fee-for-service practice by developing leaders and teams. Performance is basic to the improvement, growth, progress, and sustainability of the whole practice. However, the whole depends on the ability of each staff person to do his or her work well and to make a contribution to the entire team.The future of your business depends on understanding and capitalizing on the reality of future trends and present resources. We must invest in people's natural abilities to learn, create, adapt and contribute to a practice's growth and progress. We must commit resources to people's natural desire to understand themselves, to do excellent work, and to grow and prosper. Years of experience have shown us that the only way to a sustained high performing bottom line is through a high performing staff.
