Title: Practice Consultant
Years with PLBC: 3 years
I enjoy working for Practice Leadership Burkhart Consulting:
In large part due to the ability to customize programs and coaching based on the individual and unique needs and goals of each practice we work with.
It makes me happy when clients:
Achieve an environment that equates to a higher level of patient care, less stress on the providers and a profitability that is comfortable. As the months go by, in a coaching program, the “happiness” level of the Doctor and team rise in tandem.
Most recent book read:
I am always reading about motivational techniques to improve team morale! Most recently I have read, Everyone Communicates, Few Connect: What the Most Effective People Do Differently by John C. Maxwell and A New Earth, Awakening Your Life’s Purpose by Eckhart Tolle.
I always underestimate:
The power of change.
It takes real courage:
To acknowledge your weaknesses and create a purposeful approach for improvement and enrichment.
My favorite car journey:
Started as a child when my Dad made it his mission to see to it that all four of his children would visit every state in the United States and ended last year when I finally checked the last state off the list. Alaska.
