Developing Leadership
Are your leadership skills at the same level as your clinical skills? Did you know that enhancing your leadership skills will improve your practice more quickly than improving your clinical skills? Our leadership development program will get you on the right track.

Course 1: A six month book-study with implementation expectations and coaching call follow up.

Course 2: A three month article/book-study with coaching call follow up and a facilitated workshop on leadership.

Course 3: Facilitated quarterly study-club on leadership/management issues, minimum 3 doctors.
