Focus on the area(s) of greatest need in your practice. Emphasis is placed on system maintenance and effectiveness versus implementation.

Quarterly In-Office Consultations
Four customized consultations focused on the current needs of your practice. Facilitated by a PLC Consultant in your office.

Staff Performance Reviews
Produce greater results and reduce stress by clarifying roles and expectations for team members. Performance reviews held in your office along with base pay presentations. This consultation is scheduled on a non-patient day.


INCLUDED SERVICES
Bi-Monthly Telephone Coaching
Receive ongoing support to check on your team’s progress and problem-solve obstacles with calls from PLC twice a month.

Monthly Coaching and Monitor Reviews
Know how to measure success in your practice. Monitors will be used to chart your progress in the program. A PLC Consultant will connect with you by telephone to assess your progress and make recommendations for further growth. Includes coaching you on team and leadership challenges.

Phone Support
The PLC team is a resource to support you as you encounter questions surrounding the elements of your program and their implementation in your practice.
