Sustainment Program Ongoing

Keep your team moving forward toward your vision and goals with regular follow-up on skills and systems that have not reached mastery yet. Monitors and in-office consultations ensure sustained practice growth.

Assessment Service
Wondering what the patient experience is like in your practice? Are you losing patients before they even get in the door? How do you capitalize on the money you've already invested in your team?
  Phone  
  Practice Leadership will make three anonymous telephone calls, compile the results and analyze the findings to provide valuable information for you and your team!  
     
  In-Office Visit  
  Practice Leadership will conduct one in-office visit (with no clinical activity) and provide you with a comprehensive report.  

Annual Facilitated Staff Meeting
Clarify your goals, examine working agreements, review expectations and create a master plan for the year focused on achieving your vision for the practice with you, your business partner, your team and your PLC consultant.

Staff Performance Reviews
Performance reviews held in your office along with base pay presentations. Produce greater results and reduce stress by clarifying roles and expectations for team members. This consultation is scheduled on a non-patient day.

Bi-Monthly Telephone Coaching
Receive ongoing support to check on your team’s progress and problem-solve obstacles with calls from PLC twice a month.

Monthly Coaching and Monitor Reviews
Know how to measure success in your practice. Monitors will be used to chart your progress in the program. A PLC Consultant will connect with you by telephone to assess your progress and make recommendations for further growth. Includes coaching you on team and leadership challenges.

Phone Support
The PLC team is a resource to support you as you encounter questions surrounding the elements of your program and their implementation in your practice.
