Clarify your personal and professional transition goals, establish program focus and create a customized team consulting plan for the next year with this strategic planning session with you, your business partner and a PLC Consultant.
Focus on the Eight Systems of Highly Effective Practices with this Practice Leadership and Achievement seminar for Doctor and business partner. The PLC Consultant will assist the doctor in preparing his or her practice vision, team expectations and review PLC’s practice transition process.
A team session held to enlist your team in the program, discuss the coaching process, identify team challenges and provide an arena for your team to voice their commitment and concerns as well as review elements of the Eight Systems. Help to ensure team success during your transition with instruction on the foundational business systems necessary for success and create a Master Action Plan.

THREE BUSINESS SYSTEM IN-OFFICE CONSULTATIONS
A PLC professional will come to your practice to observe patient flow, team interaction and to assist with implementation of foundational business systems. Each consultation will also include a facilitated staff meeting in the afternoon which focuses on teaching and training key strategies and systems for practice success. Written recommendations follow each in-office consultation based on the progress observed in your practice and with your team.
STAFF PERFORMANCE REVIEWS
Produce greater results and reduce stress by clarifying roles and expectations for team members. Performance reviews held in your office along with base pay presentations. This consultation is scheduled on a non-patient day.
TWO PRACTICE VALUATION FOCUSED IN-OFFICE CONSULTATIONS
Prepare your practice and team for the practice valuation with a focused in-office consultation to review transition planning and systems refinement. Present the actual transition plan and dates with the partnership of your PLC Consultant. Second in-office focus is on the revised business assessment and practice valuation. The PLC Consultant will address any issues that have developed during the course of the program or during the start of the actual transition process.
DOCTOR’S TRANSITION MEETING
Introduction of doctor to proper alliance partners to complete the legal process for the practice transition.

Bi-Monthly Telephone Coaching
Receive ongoing support to check on your team’s progress and problem-solve obstacles with calls from PLC twice a month.
Monthly Coaching and Monitor Reviews
Know how to measure success in your practice. Monitors will be used to chart your progress in the program. A PLC Consultant will connect with you by telephone to assess your progress and make recommendations for further growth. Includes coaching you on team and leadership challenges.
Phone Support
The PLC team is a resource to support you as you encounter questions surrounding the elements of your program and their implementation in your practice.
Transition Planning Sessions
Ensure consistent understanding and focus on the transition process with focused individual coaching sessions with your PLC Consultant. Sessions help team and Doctor stay focused on the doctor’s stated goals for the transition.
Fee Analysis
Make sure you are charging appropriate fees for your services. PLC will facilitate a comprehensive fee-analysis for your practice at an appropriate time during the course of your program.
Practice Valuation
PLC will provide the doctor/owner with a comprehensive business analysis and practice valuation at the end of this program. |
