I've always had a passion for independent business owners. I especially love coming up with ideas as to how to make a business grow and run smoother for all involved. We help with all of these elements and more! Communication is another key aspect that we coach on and I love that it helps both professionally and personally.
It makes me happy when clients:
See that their days can be easier and less stressful. I've always known how hard running a business can be, but when you have some systems that everyone follows and know what to focus on, you are going to be more at ease, better able to handle the tasks at hand and be a more confident leader.

I think the greatest invention is:
The Escalator. I have way too many fun memories racing my siblings up and down the escalators going in the wrong direction and trying not to get caught by mall security guards. I really enjoy the view that it gives me of the surrounding area as well. It is a peaceful and slightly more speedy mode of transportation to walking!
