Recommendation Letters

Dear Margaret,

It certainly has been an eventful two years since Practice Leadership has been involved in my practice.  It has been both a growth and change experience for me and the staff.  Over the course of the program, we all came to appreciate the staff of PLBC as a resource they could trust to call upon to clarify and support our efforts.  We continue to value the support calls we can and do make to PLBC.

Financially we have seen a definite increase in production, leading to staff commissions on several cycles.  The worksheets allow us to monitor the practice on many levels so we can look at ways to be more productive.  At our monthly staff meetings, we discuss our changes and goals, and our morning huddles keep us planning our days better and being aware of our schedule and staffing needs.  As staff changes, it is good to know we can return for refresher courses and bring new team members to the program.
