Each PLBC contracted client is given a comprehensive assessment kit to highlight the current state of the practice and establish professional goals. It includes a doctor’s assessment of individual team members and their assessment of the doctor and the practice. PLBC then works with you to clarify your goals, establish program focus, develop our working agreements, review expectations and create a customized team coaching plan.
